SMS Consent and Privacy Policy By submitting a contact form on our website or through any lead form, you authorize Masterwork Portraits to send text messages with offers and other information. Message/data rates apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors for support services (such as customer service) is permitted.

Competitions Entry is open only to persons 18 years and older who are residents of Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Arkansas, or Georgia and have not won a competition, prize, or promotional item from Masterwork Portraits in the last 12 months. Completed original entry forms must be received at the studio by the promotion closing date. Late or incomplete entries will be rejected. Multiple entries are permitted if received before closing. Winners will be notified by mail, email, or phone. The major prize winner will be the first valid entry drawn. First prizes are valid for 1 month from the draw date; consolation prizes are valid for 3 months (expiration date printed on the certificate). Prizes are for studio portraiture only, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be combined with other offers. One winner per family/household. Judges’ decisions are final.

Gift Certificates Must be redeemed before the expiration date by a holder who has not redeemed a competition prize or gift certificate with Masterwork Portraits in the last 12 months (calculated from the previous session date). Valid for studio portraiture only. One certificate per household. Certificates cannot be combined.

Appointment Holding Deposits A $99 refundable deposit is required to secure your photography session and viewing appointment. This confirms your commitment to the scheduled dates. The deposit will be refunded or applied to your order after your viewing appointment, provided both the photography session and viewing are completed as scheduled. Failure to attend results in forfeiture of the deposit. Please note: A $150 no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments without notice. If you cannot attend, notify us in advance to avoid the fee (the deposit will still be forfeited).

Transferable Prizes and gift certificates are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. They cannot be combined with other offers, prizes, or promotions. Only one certificate may be used per session and cannot be applied to products from other sessions or toward framing.

Facebook Competitions By entering any Masterwork Portraits Facebook competition, you acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Artistic Control Masterwork Portraits reserves full artistic control over the design and execution of each portrait session. We may decline to create certain styles or sizes if we believe they would compromise the quality or reputation of our work. Clients are encouraged to discuss specific requests prior to booking.

Refusal of Service Masterwork Portraits reserves the right to refuse service if, in our opinion, it would disrupt staff or normal business operations.

Whole Family Policy Masterwork Portraits reserves the right to refuse service if the entire immediate family does not attend the session when a family portrait is booked. Both parents (when applicable) are required to attend.

Appointment Reschedule Policy Gift certificates and prize certificates entitle the holder to one appointment only. Once scheduled, appointments cannot be rescheduled, and the certificate is considered fully used. *In exceptional circumstances, management may, at its sole discretion, allow a reschedule and carry forward the certificate and deposit.

No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice results in forfeiture of the deposit, and the gift certificate or prize certificate is considered fully used.

Extended Family Policy Extended family sessions (groups larger than 8) require a separate quote and in-studio consultation. Prize certificates are not valid for extended family sessions.

Copyright Masterwork Portraits retains unrestricted copyright to all images created during any session.

Refunds We are not required to provide refunds if you change your mind. However, Masterwork Portraits stands behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your portrait, please refer to the policy on your signed order form. Replacement portraits or studio credit may be provided at our discretion.

Disputes All promotions and services are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually (without class action) in a court of competent jurisdiction in Oklahoma. Participants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses related to the promotion.
